In this chapter, William joins Lily (quite dazzling in her new outfit) at the library and agrees her to revive her seemingly cooling off friendship with Debbie by setting up a date with Debbie and Katie in his beach house. Other than that (and a few really great views of Lily's provocative assets), nothing much happens except for a hilariously stupid spat between Lily and a cartoonishly disgusting library lady.
